In this role, you will support the Global Clients and Agency Solutions (GCAS) sales and GTM leadership by identifying current and emerging client needs across critical commercial programs and driving the strategy and activation of these programs to accelerate business growth. You will develop and drive business strategy in collaboration with executive internal business partners as both a trusted advisor and subject matter expert who runs the business cadence, helps the organization navigate internal complexities, collaborates with cross-functional teams to solve problems, designs, manages, and successfully deliver projects, partners with regional teams and GTM teams as well as GPS to shape the future of GBO agreements and incentive programs, and drives continuous operational improvements.
Responsibilities include developing cross-functional plans, delivering critical insights and recommendations that shape GCAS commercial and incentive strategy, building cross-functional partnerships across Google sales, sales operations, finance, accounting, marketing, legal, contracts, and other teams to influence executive stakeholders through sound strategy development and exceptional program management, collaborating with global and regional teams on pilots, program assessments, and partner engagements to accelerate global business, and partnering with GPS and regional GTM to improve processes and operational infrastructure, and ensuring commercial operational cadence, accountability and tracking to enable cross-functional decision-making.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is CAD 150,000-154,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
