Job Description Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Enablement
Partner closely with sales leadership to identify new market opportunities, develop go-to-market strategies, and win enterprise accounts.
Drive pre-sales activities, including client meetings, presentations, and solution proposals to highlight Newegg's ABS value proposition.
Develop customized IT infrastructure solutions that align with customers' business objectives, positioning Newegg as a trusted advisor.
Solution Architecture & Delivery
Architect and design end-to-end solutions integrating servers, storage arrays, networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
Lead technical workshops, demos, and proof-of-concepts to showcase solution capabilities and differentiate Newegg's offerings.
Oversee solution implementation in collaboration with engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless customer delivery.
Customer & Partner Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, channel partners, and third-party vendors.
Act as a strategic advisor, providing recommendations to optimize IT infrastructure and maximize ROI.
Expand Newegg's partner ecosystem by cultivating alliances with top IT manufacturers such as Dell, VMware, HP, IBM, and EMC.
Leadership & Industry Expertise
Mentor and guide solution engineers and business development teams to elevate technical and client engagement capabilities.
Stay current with emerging technologies, competitive offerings, and industry trends to strengthen Newegg's ABS solutions portfolio.
Represent Newegg ABS at industry events, conferences, and client forums to enhance market visibility.
Requirements Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise IT solution architecture, with a strong business development component.
Proven success in designing and implementing complex IT infrastructure solutions for Fortune 1000 clients.
Deep knowledge of leading enterprise IT manufacturers (Dell, VMware, HP, IBM, EMC) and their ecosystems.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical expertise into customer-focused business outcomes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and executive-level audiences.
Experience engaging with channel partners, resellers, and third-party vendors to drive sales growth.
Relevant certifications (VCDX, CCDE, Dell/HP/IBM expert-level) highly desirable.
Pay Transparency
This job posting may span more than one job level. The base salary range for this position in CITY is $110,000 - $125,000 annually. Additionally, Newegg offers a wide range of benefits to U.S.-based employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) program with employer match, and generous time off for vacation and sick. To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges for all US-based job postings in California. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and location.
