Senior Member Service Representative

We are looking for an experienced Senior Member Service Representative to join our team in Hawthorne, California. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers while ensuring their concerns are resolved efficiently and with attention to detail. This is a contract to permanent position, offering an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service and address inquiries in a detail-oriented and timely manner.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Utilize Windows-based systems to document customer interactions and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and maintain high standards.
• Stay informed about company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
• Assist customers in navigating services and resolving complex concerns.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experiences and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-up actions.
• Work closely with management to address escalated issues and ensure resolution.
• Continuously develop knowledge of products and services to better assist customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
• Proven ability to deliver superior customer support and handle challenging situations.
• Familiarity with Windows-based systems and proficiency in using computers.
• Strong understanding of TRICARE or similar service platforms is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
