Senior Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team on a long-term contract basis. Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in facilitating engaging presentations and workshops.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire teams.
  • Organized and adaptable, with a data-driven approach to performance improvement.
  • Familiarity with customer service tools such as Windows PC and TRICARE systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver superior customer service in a call center environment.
  • Experience in consumer lending, financial services, or related industries is a plus.
