One of the key initiatives of the CFO group is the Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) Program, a goal-setting philosophy that underpins the most important strategies across the organization. The Senior Coordinator, Administrative Services will work with the OKR Program Manager to support the OKR Program with the day-to-day activities associated with facilitating a successful OKR program and supporting our program expansion. This role will also support the Admin Services team on their Dining Services initiatives. This position is based in Culver City.
At least 2 years' experience in a similar role. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint). Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Must be flexible – an ability to work well in an environment where needs and priorities are subject to revision.
