Role Overview

As a Senior Client Service Associate, you'll be the primary point of contact for a select group of clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. You'll lead service delivery, mentor junior team members, and contribute to firm-wide initiatives that elevate the client experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the lead contact for all service-related needs across assigned client relationships
  • Execute client requests with precision, professionalism, and a proactive mindset
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver tailored solutions and strategic initiatives
  • Build deep client relationships by understanding preferences and consistently exceeding expectations
  • Guide and support Client Service Associates and Analysts on shared accounts
  • Assist clients and their advisors with complex wealth transfer, philanthropic, and tax-advantaged strategies
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients' external teams (e.g., executive assistants, personal CFOs)
  • Mentor new hires and serve as a technical resource within the Client Service team
  • Partner with investment teams on portfolio construction and cash deployment strategies
  • Contribute to internal projects and cross-functional initiatives

Requirements

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 6–8+ years of experience in client-facing roles within wealth management, family office, or related industries
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished and professional presence
  • Proven leadership experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments
  • Familiarity with estate planning and tax strategies
  • Highly responsive and client-focused, with a commitment to timely and thoughtful communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with MS Dynamics or Salesforce is preferred
  • Experience with Schwab Advisor Center is a plus
