Position Overview

The Senior Client Service Associate will serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for a select group of clients. This role requires a proactive problem solver who is detail-oriented, resourceful, and committed to delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader, capable of mentoring junior team members and contributing to firm-wide initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the lead contact for all service-related needs for designated client relationships.
  • Execute client requests with precision, efficiency, and a high level of professionalism.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and customized client solutions.
  • Build deep relationships by understanding client preferences and consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Guide and support Client Service Associates and Analysts on shared client accounts.
  • Assist clients and their advisors with complex wealth transfer, philanthropic, and tax-advantaged strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients' external teams (e.g., executive assistants, personal CFOs).
  • Mentor new hires and serve as a technical resource within the Client Service team.
  • Partner with investment teams on portfolio creation and cash deployment strategies.
  • Contribute to internal projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; 6–8+ years of experience in client-facing roles within wealth management, family office, or related industries. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high degree of professionalism. Proven leadership experience in high-growth or dynamic environments. Familiarity with estate planning and tax strategies. Highly responsive and client-focused, with a commitment to timely communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with MS Dynamics or Salesforce preferred. Experience with Schwab Advisor Center is a plus.
