Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) In Rocklin, CA

Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to perform student evaluations and provide therapy services in accordance with individualized plans of care and physician orders. This role includes documentation and collaboration with school staff to support student success.

Position Overview:

• Location: Rocklin, CA
• Start Date: December 1, 2025
• Duration: 20 weeks
• Openings: Multiple assignments
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Hours: 35–40 hours/week (approx. 37.5)
• Modality: In-person only
• Pay: $80/hour
• Caseload: 55–65 students
• Sites: One assignment at a high school; another at two sites (elementary and high school)
• Age Range: Elementary and secondary

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and provide speech-language therapy services
• Document therapy sessions and maintain compliance with care plans
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student communication needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and ensure adherence to state and federal guidelines

Minimum Requirements:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in California
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred (may be required by state/contract)
• Current CPR certification, if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray, if applicable
• Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
