Enable customers to emulate their System on Chip (SoC) designs on Synopsys ZeBu platforms using Synopsys Emulation Software/Solutions. Provide post-sale support by giving training and debugging customer issues to make them successful. Participate in new product roadmap definition for RandD teams, release planning and prioritization. Provide Early Customer Evaluations Involvement with customers by evaluating the new features of Synopsys Solutions, engaging in customer issue debug, and obtaining the feedback from customers on the new features. Drive the Virtual System Adapters (VSA), Virtual Host Solution (VHS), and Virtual Device Model (VDM) product Quality of Results validation initiatives models based on Peripheral Component Interconnect Express (PCIe) and Compute Express Link (CXL) protocols. Perform feature validation against product releases from various blocks of overall solution to final packaged delivery. Some engagements also include collaborating with RandD and Product Validation teams, reviewing the verification quality of each component, and actively planning for continuous improvement. Actively participate during the PCIe/CXL solutions deployment at customer environment. Ensure customers successful integration of Synopsys ZeBu emulation with VSA solutions. 40 hours per week.
Job Requirements: Requires a Masters degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of experience with SoC design porting on emulators and prototyping solutions. Also requires background in: PCIe; Highspeed interfaces; FPGA prototyping; RTL simulation debug using industry standard Verdi debug tools; SOC design verification and bring up; and AMBA (AXI, APB) and related business protocols.
Pay Range and Benefits Information: The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $240,000 to $284,000 per year. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
