Responsibilities:

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures.
• Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics tools.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years (minimum) flat rate franchise car dealer experience preferred
• ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications a plus
• Toyota or Lexus experience required

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses on production productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
