Service Technician

We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our team in maintaining and preparing apartments for new tenants. The role involves general building maintenance tasks to ensure the apartments are in excellent condition for occupancy.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general building maintenance duties.
• Repair vacant apartments to prepare for new tenants.
• Fix door handles and stovetop issues.
• Install and repair dishwashers and toilets.
• Change out toilets and replace batteries in alarm systems.

Essential Skills:

• Experience in building maintenance and repairs.
• Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting.
• Capability to perform general maintenance tasks.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems.
• Experience in preventive maintenance and repair.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience with property maintenance.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Work Environment:

The position involves working across multiple sites, including Tustin Marketplace, Woodbury, Irvine Spectrum, Fashion Island, and Turtle Rock. The role requires flexibility and adaptability to different work settings and tasks.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newport Beach, California.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
