Experienced Automotive Service Advisor

Lithia Hyundai of Fresno is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our high-volume, customer-focused service department. This role is ideal for a proven advisor who can manage a busy service drive, build customer trust, and drive service revenue while delivering an exceptional ownership experience. Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service process
• Accurately write repair orders and clearly explain diagnoses, recommendations, and costs
• Effectively upsell maintenance and repair services based on customer needs
• Communicate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs
• Provide consistent updates to customers and manage expectations
• Maintain CSI standards and manufacturer guidelines
• Utilize the dealership management system to document all service activity

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Service Advisor experience required
• Strong automotive knowledge and understanding of repair processes
• Proven ability to handle a high-volume service drive
• Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
• Experience with Hyundai or other OEM brands preferred
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $64,500.00 to $161,800.00, which includes commissions on Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit, and/or bonus opportunities such as Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, and Flat Rate Hours. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
