Service Administration Position

PrideStaff is seeking a motivated candidate to support an organization in Hemet, CA, and its customers with all their functional and administrative needs. Provide efficient and timely support to our customers to exceed their expectations. Service Administration is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing administrative inquiries from all departments and external customers related to service bookings and contracts.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions

  • Handle requests for field and bench service-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Effectively generate quotes for field and bench service requests.
  • Generate Return Authorization in Oracle for US-based customers.
  • Create, update, and edit customer account information and instrument installed base information in Oracle.
  • Responsible for customer account updates, customer billing inquiries, and Work Order updates.
  • Effectively communicate with customers, staff, and management.
  • Process service orders for bench repair, loaners, and rentals.
  • Must be able to multitask and adapt to a daily changing, fast-paced work environment.
  • Update and renew contracts as needed.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2+ years of customer service, call center, or service administration experience. Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.). Good computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications. Knowledge of Oracle is a plus.

Office policy and procedures. Self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency, personable, upbeat, conscientious, transparent, and detailed. Quality-conscious with the ability to meet productivity goals. Excellent communication skills, including excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of ownership and accuracy on all work activities. Ability to work in a positive manner with other associates within cell areas and develop and maintain strong working relationships across teams and subject areas. Can adapt and operate within a high-performance culture.

Work Environment

The work environment consists of an indoor industrial work environment with good ventilation, adequate lighting, and low to moderate noise levels.
