Under the supervision of the Management Analyst, the Senior Recreation Leader provides essential support to the Parks & Recreation Department's Administration Division, with a primary focus on financial reconciliation, cash deposit processing and courier services. This is a shared part-time position, typically scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Actual hours may vary depending on staffing availability, ranging from 12 to 20 hours per week.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-directed and dependable. They demonstrate accuracy when entering financial data using standard computer systems and maintain a consistent commitment to safety and reliability while operating a city-provided vehicle. Strong organizational habits and a professional demeanor are essential.
