Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Senior Project Engineers - Service Related Problems (SRP) to join our team in Seal Beach, California. This role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of complex in-service issues, referred to as Service Related Problems (SRP). As a member of the BCA Customer Support organization, your mission will be to lead cross-organizational teams in achieving timely and high-quality resolutions for safety and critical economic issues affecting the Fleet. In this position, you will have the opportunity to address systems, structures, and operational challenges across the entire aircraft, while also engaging with customers, suppliers, expert engineers, and leadership throughout Boeing. These positions will support any of the Fleet Chief Offices, including Out of Production (OoP), 737, 747, 767, 777, and 787. The selected candidates will be assigned to a specific role within one of these Fleet Chief Offices.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options.

Summary Pay Range (Level 4): $138,550 - $187,450
Summary Pay Range (Level 5): $166,750 - $224,250
