Our Carrier Engineering and Account team is seeking a strategic leader with deep expertise in connectivity technologies and a talent for carrier management. In this role, you will bridge technical innovation with carrier network integration, building cross-functional partnerships to shape the next generation of connectivity and communications.
Your mission as a Carrier Engineering and Account Manager will be to ensure that Apple's connectivity feature roadmap aligns seamlessly with global ecosystem trajectories. You will leverage your technical and interpersonal expertise to drive feature requirements from both external and internal partners across multiple hardware and software programs. Additionally, you will champion the product roadmap on an outbound basis with external partners, particularly US carriers, while serving as the primary, accountable resource for Apple leadership on all carrier network-related matters. Simultaneously, you will act as the voice of the carrier internally, translating partner requirements into actionable insights for internal engineering and product forums to ensure our solutions exceed market expectations.
