The Senior AV Support Services Technician is responsible for supporting the installation team in the deployment, maintenance, and repair of audio/visual equipment in client offices, events, and lab environments. This job involves travel at a regional/national level, up to 30%. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years' experience supporting a variety of audio/visual equipment in a corporate/workplace setting, with proven experience supporting executive stakeholders.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of lab spaces. Stay informed about client-specific platform and product solutions. Lift and handle equipment within OSHA weight requirements. Complete required training in construction safety, OSHA, lab procedures, and company standards.
Education & Certifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Required Skills/Qualifications: 5-10 years' experience in corporate onsite AV support Strong technical knowledge of AV equipment and systems. Experience in event setup and support. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with Google products and platforms is a plus. Ability to lift and handle equipment within OSHA weight requirements. Willingness to travel for events and deployments.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in AV deployment and maintenance.
