As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol residential locations to help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. You will conduct regular patrols, remain visible throughout the community, and provide outstanding customer service while supporting residents and visitors. What You'll Do:
+ Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and guests by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for residential locations.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify any potential concerns.
+ Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related incidents to Allied Universal management and/or site representatives as required.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate logs of patrols, incidents, and observations during shifts.
+ Assist with access control by monitoring entry points and verifying the identity of individuals entering the property.
+ Support Allied Universal and the client by providing a visible security-related presence and promoting a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
Minimum Requirements:
+ Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
+ Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
