Job Opportunity: Paraeducators, School Aides, and Behavioral Technicians

Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking passionate paraeducators, school aides, and behavioral technicians to work in a school setting in San Mateo for the 2025-2026 school year. Responsibilities include helping teachers implement instruction, assisting students with projects on a one-to-one basis, and working with moderate to severe students, including diapering.

Position details:

• Duration: 2025-2026 school year
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Hours: 8:00am-3:00pm
• Location: San Mateo, CA
• Pay rate: up to $26/hr depending on experience
• Start date: ASAP

Requirements:

• High school diploma is required
• CPR/BLS certificate is required (can obtain during process)
• Experience working in a school setting is a plus
• BT credentialing and training will be provided during hiring process
• Open to MA's/CAN's who have behavioral experience
