Your role at Clorox: Responsible for developing and deploying a cross-channel business plan for the assigned business. Works with the Sales Planning Director, Sales Planning Associate Director, and cross-functional marketing team to influence development of the 18-month Category Plan.

In this role, you will:

  • Engage our people as business owners: Coaches, develops, empowers team members as appropriate. Develop individual capabilities to promote growth. 30%
  • Drive the business: Owns cross-channel business plan for assigned business. Exhibits cross-functional leadership, brand, and customer perspective. Responsible to advocate for assigned business. 20%
  • Customer and category planning: Recommends integrated customer plan and supports business plan release for assigned business. Works with cross-functional team to influence development of the 18-month plan. 30%
  • Build capability to drive growth and eliminate waste: Deploy tools, processes, resources to support organization. 20%

What we look for:

  • Typically requires 5+ years of CPG experience
  • Clorox internal (Sales Planning) or equivalent experience
  • Clorox external (Field/Customer) experience beneficial
  • Strong category knowledge
  • Consultative/Solution selling
  • Category business planning and insights
  • Understanding of key Clorox processes

Workplace type: This role is required to be based out of the Bay Area (Oakland, CA or Pleasanton, CA) due to the business needs. As our Hybrid 2.0 policy, the ideal candidate will be in the office 3x per week.

The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area. –Zone A: $128,000 - $252,200 –Zone B: $117,400 - $231,200 –Zone C: $106,700 - $210,200 All ranges are subject to change in the future.
