Job Role: Inbound Sales Specialist
The role involves converting leads generated by the marketing team into sales through various communication channels. It requires guiding potential customers through a consultative sales process to identify their needs and recommend tailored solutions. This will be onsite 5 days a week. Responsibilities include:
- Converting leads generated by the performance marketing team through chat, phone, and email into sales.
- Guiding potential customers through a consultative sales process, identifying their needs, preferences, and budgets to recommend tailored solutions.
- Developing a deep understanding of the product range, including features, benefits, and optional add-ons like screens, lighting, or smart control units.
- Proactively suggesting relevant upgrades to increase average order value.
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring accurate documentation of preferences, objections, and next steps.
- Executing timely follow-ups to close undecided leads or address remaining concerns.
- Attending relevant exhibitions and events to showcase our products, sell to customers, and increase brand exposure.
- Understanding the difference between main competitors and being able to communicate with them effectively to customers. Raising awareness about new competition.

Skills and requirements:
- 1+ years of sales experience
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills to build trust.
- Basic understanding of consultative selling techniques for high-ticket items.
- Ability to overcome objections with persuasive and professional responses.
- Familiarity with CRM systems to manage a large volume of leads effectively.
