On-site travel specialists engage customers with our travel services and products (i.e., travel supplies, luggage) for an easier travel experience. You will assist customers through TSA Precheck, passport photos, or by initiating background checks and other services for various federal or state programs. Services offered vary by store. Verify customer identity, scan required documents into database system, take passport photos.
Complete customer fingerprint images, biometric & data capture processes and paperwork.
Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot issues with fingerprinting and retail equipment.
Support other areas of the store during your 8-10 week onboarding period.
Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned or needed in the store.
