Residential Engineer

Job Title

Lead technical deployments and integrations of the Armis platform across multiple county agencies. Collaborate closely with the main Regional Engineer (RE) and client stakeholders to understand agency-specific needs. Participate in a structured 3-week onboarding program, including Centrix and Armis training. Shadow existing programs to gain operational insight and ensure seamless transitions. Interface with deputy CISOs and other executive-level stakeholders to present solutions and progress. Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate agency teams on cybersecurity tools and best practices. Troubleshoot complex network and security issues across diverse environments. Navigate bureaucratic processes and red tape to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Skills and Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in network engineering and cybersecurity roles.
• Proven ability to work in client-facing environments and present to executive leadership.
• Experience conducting technical workshops and training sessions.
• Strong troubleshooting and integration skills across various systems.
• Familiarity with public sector or government agency environments is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a phased rollout model.
• Platforms & Tools: ServiceNow (75+ out-of-the-box instances), Centrix Networking & Security: Palo Alto, Cisco, Juniper, Linux
• Domains: Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, System Architecture, Traffic Monitoring
• Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CISM)
• Experience with Armis or similar asset intelligence platforms
• Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows and integrations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
