Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Product Operations Specialist opportunities in Mountain View, CA. Responsibilities for Product Operations Specialist include but are not limited to:

• Drive team strategy and planning, including defining and tracking quarterly and annual OKRs aligned to business impact.
• Own operational processes such as budget management, headcount tracking, workflow automation, and cross-functional coordination.
• Lead zero-to-one program and vendor management, including designing programs, deploying them, monitoring KPIs, and addressing performance issues proactively.
• Create and deliver executive-ready communications, synthesizing complex insights into clear narratives, dashboards, and updates for senior leadership.
• Solving ambiguous problems, developing recommendations, aligning stakeholders, and executing projects from concept through measurement.

Candidates for Product Operations Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• 5–10 years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Consulting, BizOps, or Chief of Staff roles with proven end-to-end ownership.
• Strong ability to solve ambiguous problems, build frameworks, develop recommendations, and drive execution independently.
• Demonstrated experience with OKR setting, budget management, and headcount tracking in a cross-functional environment.
• Excellent communication, listening, and synthesis skills with a track record of producing executive-ready narratives and presentations.
• Proven program and vendor management experience building programs from scratch, monitoring KPIs, and proactively addressing risks.

• Shift: Onsite 3 days - Mountain View, CA 94043 - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday to Friday
