Expertise in TEM sample preparation and experience with create/modify automation recipe (AutoTEM/iFast). Four or more years' experience on FIB/SEM tool operation (Ga-FIB and Plasma FIB). Bachelor or higher in Materials Science, Chemistry Engineering, or similar field. Advanced understanding of semiconductor devices such as GAA, Nano Sheet, 3D NAND, DRAM. Strong problem-solving skills. Outstanding oral and verbal communication skills. Ability to work positive way with peers and customers at all levels. Effectively manage projects/tasks/assignments, showing initiative and meeting expected timeframes. Understand the process of ALD, CVD, PVD, and sputter coating. Familiarity with destructive technology for failure analysis. Strong data analysis skills. Flexible work hour/day. Preferred: Experience on TEM operation. Experience developing new techniques on novel materials. Familiarity with failure analysis techniques.
We are looking for a strong FIB Engineer who has experience operating and resolving various projects using FIB/SEM. In this role, the individual will be responsible for: Interactive with customers to understand the business needs and provide new/alternative solutions. Explore disruptive technology with process engineering teams on bringing new metrology solutions. Work on production samples using SEM/FIB tool. Create and modify automation recipes (AutoTEM/iFast) to optimize throughput and adapt to new materials. Compile reports for comprehensive metrology analysis (FIB, TEM, SEM/EDS). Create and modify automation recipe to optimize production and new type of materials. Lab metrics analysis and presentations to the team and customer.
