Our client is seeking a dedicated Patient Services Representative to support patients over the phone, ensuring they receive timely and accurate assistance with appointments, insurance, and referrals.

What You'll Do:

• Handle inbound calls from patients with professionalism and empathy
• Schedule appointments and verify insurance details (including HMO plans)
• Process prior authorizations and manage patient records
• Assist with patient registration and data entry
• Coordinate referrals and ensure accurate documentation

• 2+ years of experience in a medical front office or call center environment
• Strong understanding of HMO insurance and medical group workflows
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Comfort with repetitive tasks and a fast-paced setting

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
