Responsible for the overall management of the patient encounter to ensure effective customer service, compliant billing and collections, correspondence management, claim follow-up, accurate payment and adjustment reconciliation, correspondence review within departmental standards.
Minimum Education Requirement: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum Experience Requirement: One to three years' diverse experience in a healthcare setting, with comprehension of medical billing and collection, with a financial background in account receivable. Excellent customer service skills required.
