Pay Rate: The pay rate for this job is $28 - $28 / hour

What you'll be doing as an Operations Supervisor:

• Oversee daily site operations and delegate tasks to crew members
• Maintain schedules and ensure client expectations are met
• Identify and report client concerns to the Operations Manager
• Assist in resolving customer service issues when needed
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies
• Monitor site quality daily and address deficiencies with crews
• Coordinate service execution with the Operations Manager
• Train and develop crew members alongside the Crew Leader
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and operational
• Prepare herbicide mixtures and supervise application (optional)
• Inspect utility solar sites and premises for signs of weed and pest infestation
• Identifies the pests and weeds, and the best ways to control and remove them
• Measures the dimensions of the area needing treatment
• Applies pesticides in and around buildings and other structures
• Designs and carries out pest management plans
• Drives trucks equipped with power spraying equipment to job sites
• Direct or assist other workers in treatment or extermination processes to eliminate or control rodents, insects, or weeds
• Educates clients on techniques for reducing pest problems
• Comply with all safety and environmental laws and regulations
• Cleans work site after completion of job. Maintains accurate records
• Complete and submit daily reports: Job Hazard Analyses (JHA), safety permits, and field logs
• Participate in safety training: First Aid, CPR, OSHA 10, and bloodborne pathogen awareness
• Accurately log crew hours and equipment usage/maintenance
• Attend branch meetings as directed

Available shifts: Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day) & Weekends

Job requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current state pesticide technician certification/license (QAL or CAL)
• Bilingual (Spanish-English)
• Qualified candidates must have a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with company policy
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the field or operations
• Familiarity with small machinery: riding mowers, weed whackers, ATVs, UTVs
• JHA (Job Hazard Analysis) certificate
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic repairs
• Strong commitment to safety protocols
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute field operations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Service orientation
• Monitoring, Coordination, Time management
• Background Check Required
• Drug Test Required
