Make sure that the documents received from overseas include necessary documents for Customs Clearance (such as AWB, Commercial Invoice, OGA docs) and submit to CHB swiftly. Frequently check on the clearance status on CBP and OGA including FDA, USDA, FWS. Inquire directly if needed. Notify customers of irregularities if arrival delays, CBP or OGA hold occur. Managing schedule with the customer for pick up or delivery. Verify PC count upon receipt, re-condition (including re-icing, re-packing, or mending minor cosmetic damages) the cargos if necessary. Follow up with delivery and/or pick up status with customers and vendors. Make sure the delivery and/or pick up is on schedule. Manage and keep up with inventory in the warehouse, cooler and freezer for those that utilize our storage services. Close files – obtain vendor invoices and check for accuracy, bill out according to the fee schedules set for the customer, and send them out. Familiarize yourself with various Government import regulations and keep the customers informed. Communicate with existing customers on a regular basis to ensure their satisfaction level up to their standard. Daily correspondences with overseas and/or domestic agents. Quote customers – provide competitive rates. Acquire space allocations from airlines based on customer's needs. Be mindful about the flight arrival time/date and budget. Open files, generate AWBs based on IATA regulations such as rates and commodity codes. Effectively manage the schedule and be aware of the cut off time to tender the cargo to airline. Always stay ahead. Follow up after tendering, monitor and inform customer and agent of any irregularity immediately. Close files – obtain vendor invoices and check for accuracy, bill out accounting to the fee schedules set for the customer, and send them out. Quote customers – provide competitive rates. Check to see if there are any export regulation and/or restrictions, as well as regulation and/or restrictions at the destination country. Adhere and comply to TSA regulations, Screening, Known shipper, etc. Handle customer's needs, complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits. Perform safety precautions to keep safe environment. Works as team by supporting beyond your duties as needed.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $45760.00/yr. 100% paid medical, dental, vision for employee and their family.
