We're seeking an Operations Associate to join a fast-growing investment platform. This is a hands-on role with broad responsibilities across accounting, treasury, and operational support—ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, detail-oriented environment.

What You'll Do:

• Manage monthly and quarterly closes
• Handle wires, allocations, and distributions
• Support tax processes and special projects
• Partner with internal teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Requirements:

• 5+ years of accounting experience (public tax, fund admin, or fund accounting)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Superb communication skills and a hands-on approach
• Familiarity with Investran is a plus
• Low ego, thrives in a team-oriented environment
