We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources/Safety Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Will be assigned on-site at client location and will be responsible for the oversight and administration of company policies and regulatory requirements associated with HR and Safety Programs. Will perform HR functions including employee orientations, maintaining/updating HR data base system, review and handle employee issues, perform counseling/disciplinary actions, conduct meetings and other related functions. As the on-site Safety Rep, will identify safety issues, perform oversight of employees work environment, conduct tail gate/safety meetings and administer work related injuries.
Responsibilities:
Must have a minimum of 6 months experience working in an HR position with knowledge of basic HR functions, Must be competent working with software programs including word and excel. Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be self directed in the prioritization of workload and able to perform multiple tasks. Must be bilingual (Spanish/English); both verbal and written. Must have the ability to work with all levels of personnel and present a positive and professional image. Ability to work in a team environment.
