Office Services Associate

The Office Services Associate provides high-quality back office support to clients and internal teams, delivering a wide range of office services in both physical and digital environments. This role adds value through reprographics, mail services, hospitality, facilities support, audio/visual assistance, reception coverage, and other service lines as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver reprographics (copy/print) and mail services in both physical and digital formats
  • Support hospitality, facilities, audio/visual, and reception services as needed
  • Maintain familiarity with general back office procedures to ensure client satisfaction
  • Handle sensitive and confidential documents with discretion and accuracy
  • Meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and diverse stakeholders
  • Identify issues, apply problem-solving skills, and escalate when appropriate

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of office services experience, preferably in a legal, banking, or large corporate environment
  • Proficiency with mail, phone, email, digital reprographics, and mailroom equipment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with detail oriented phone and email etiquette
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and follow business policies
  • Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude and strong teamwork skills
