Occupational Therapist (OT)

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide therapy services to students in a school-based setting. This role includes performing evaluations, developing individualized plans of care, delivering therapy, and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with all applicable regulations.

Assignment Details:

• Location: Santa Maria, CA
• Start Date: January 12, 2026
• End Date: End of 2025–2026 school year
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Hours: 40 per week
• Duration: 22 weeks
• Pay Rate: $75/hour
• Modality: On-site
• Interview: Virtual interview required

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop therapy plans
• Provide direct therapy services to students
• Document services and progress in accordance with plan of care
• Collaborate with school staff and administrators

Requirements:

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• One (1) year of prior professional OT experience preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR certification (if applicable)
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest X-ray (if applicable)
• Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
