Drive, track & manage all Work in Progress to ensure on-time delivery of shop commitments. Coordinate and implement general shop work flow improvements. Focus on driving resolution of all hardware on hold with appropriate supporting organizations (MRP, ME, QE, Program, Engineering, etc.). Understand & facilitate the execution of the plan (daily & weekly goals). Ensure supervision is aware of and working the right priorities across the programs, set off production schedule needs. Provide status, hardware updates and resourcing to leadership and support functions. Perform look ahead analysis and clear potential upcoming roadblocks. Understand and own status of all work in progress; clearly and effectively communicate status to multiple levels of the organization (scheduling, MFG Director, MFG VP, etc.)
Experience in a production or manufacturing environment. Use VE-CAMS/SAP or ERP Programs. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Ability to decipher and follow various engineering specifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to innovate and improve product flow. Strong computer skills. Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Project Management Experience
