Maxim Healthcare in Vista is hiring for a Mental Health Provider to work with children and/or adults with developmental delays and challenging behaviors. Responsibilities include providing one-to-one-behavior intervention services to individuals with behavioral challenges, assisting with daily program activities, and helping with personal care activities. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED equivalent, previous experience in an educational or healthcare setting, at least one year of experience working with children/adults with special needs, college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral sciences, or related fields, and being at least 18 years of age.
