Mechanical Design Engineer

This role focuses on mechanical design for audio systems across multiple vehicle platforms and is a great opportunity for candidates with strong CATIA/3DX experience.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct CATIA/3DX mechanical design under the guidance of engineers.
• Support hardware development for advanced audio systems.
• Participate in design reviews and validation processes.

Essential Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years experience with CATIA/3DX.
• At least 2 years of experience in automotive hardware design.
• 1 year experience with design validation and prototyping tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Associate degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering.
• Preferred experience in automotive CATIA.
• Strong collaboration and output-driven mindset.

Work Environment:

The role involves working with advanced technologies and design tools in a collaborative setting. Candidates will participate in design reviews and validation processes, contributing to the development of audio systems for various vehicle platforms.

Job Type & Location:

This is a contract to hire position based out of Newark, California.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $58.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
