Adecco is currently assisting a client in their search to fill Marketing Manager positions located in San Francisco, CA (Hybrid). Job Title: Marketing Manager Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid) Employment Type: Contract Pay Rate: $80-$90/hour

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, user research, and go-to-market strategies. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Research teams to drive user engagement, brand positioning, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage medium to large-scale marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Conduct user and market research to generate insights that inform product and marketing strategies.
• Define and execute go-to-market plans for new products and features.
• Create compelling product positioning, messaging, and content aligned with brand voice.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, PR, Legal, and Policy.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts.
• Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) by fostering inclusive team culture and decision-making.
• Act as a subject matter expert on marketing tools, platforms, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in tech or digital products.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, brand management, and product marketing.
• Proficiency in campaign management, data analysis, and storytelling.
• Experience with social media platforms, Sprinklr, and community management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives.
