Marketing Assistant

We're seeking a sharp, data-driven Marketing Assistant to support our performance marketing efforts across Meta, Google, Amazon, TikTok, and emerging platforms. This role is ideal for someone passionate about paid media, analytics, and creative testing. You'll assist in executing full-funnel ad strategies focused on ROAS, customer acquisition, and scaling profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing day-to-day paid campaigns across:
• Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
• Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube)
• Amazon Ads
• TikTok Ads
• Support campaign structuring, audience segmentation, and creative testing plans.
• Collaborate with the creative team to test and optimize ad angles and formats.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics using dashboards (Google Analytics, Triple Whale, Northbeam).
• Conduct cohort and LTV analysis to inform budget allocation.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and insights for leadership.
• Coordinate with lifecycle, social, and brand teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
