The Go To Market team is responsible for driving the strategy, profitability, and acceleration of growth across each vertical. About the Role

Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to design and implement sales strategies, processes, and tools to accelerate growth. You will oversee annual and quarterly revenue targets, lead business performance cadences, and continuously optimize sales and implementation processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring alignment of sales technologies with sales processes. You will report to the Director of Go-To-Market on our Parcel Team in our Drive organization.

Lead work that ranges from setting long-term strategy to making tactical changes to solve edge cases for our customers. Work closely with business development, operations, other S&O teams, product, engineering, and analytics to gain a broad range of experience. Get to test your ideas, measure them, and iterate fast.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in an analytical role such as management consulting, strategy, bizops, or analytics. Experience in retail logistics and supply chain is a plus. You should have strong analytical, organization, and communication skills. You should have experience leading projects from the idea stage through execution. You should have an entrepreneurial spirit, business acumen, and a get-it-done attitude. You should be able to execute in an intense, fast-paced, ambiguous environment. You should have completed your BS/BA Degree.

Compensation

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee's work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
