Schedule: Day Shift

Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The Manager, Center of Excellence Clinical Business is responsible for managing non-clinical, administrative activities for the Division. Administrative responsibilities include all aspects of patient scheduling, registration, patient billing, as well as facilities maintenance. Participates in the preparation and monitoring of capital budgets as well as the clinical component of the operating budget. Prepares analytical reports for financial, administrative and/or programmatic planning.

Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: 5+ years in medical field in delivery of healthcare services, preferably in a faculty practice of hospital outpatient setting. 3+ years' management experience preferred.

Education/Licensure/Certification: Bachelor's degree required; Masters in Hospital Admin, Business Admin, Public Health or Nursing preferred. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.

Pay Scale Information $79,934.00-$137,030.00 CHLA values the contribution each team member brings to our organization. Final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
