Mainline Service Technician

Land Rover Mission Viejo is seeking an experienced Mainline Service Technician to join our growing service team. We are a customer-focused dealership committed to quality workmanship, advanced technology, and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Land Rover vehicles.
• Accurately complete repair orders and warranty documentation.
• Utilize factory diagnostic tools and follow manufacturer repair procedures.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend needed repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians to ensure timely repairs.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Mainline or Journeyman Technician (Land Rover experience preferred)
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
• ASE certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
