As a Machine Learning Enablement Engineer, you will be a hyper-generalist, able to quickly solve the complex and varied problems our organization encounters. Some days, that might involve building polished, bespoke data visualizations to help engineers track the performance of their models. Other days, you might be engaged in extensive, low-level performance engineering to fit a software component within the latency and memory budget required to run on-device. You will be as comfortable designing a Siri-scale data pipeline as you are designing an excellent UI.

Minimum qualifications:

• Working proficiency with Rust
• Highly proficient with Typescript and Python
• Proven ability to ship quickly

Preferred qualifications:

• Highly productive with React and Rust
• Proven ability to leverage LLMs to build and ship quickly
• Founding engineer or internship experience at an early-stage startup that shipped a product successfully
• Experience with real-time programming, graphics, or compilers
• Experience with hardware-aware performance engineering
• Strong system design skills
• Experience with GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
