Key Responsibilities: This role offers a unique blend of technical expertise and operational support. While primarily focused on providing technical assistance to users of our AR technology, this position also involves hands-on logistics responsibilities.

• Logistics Support (primary focus):
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for users of AR devices.
  • Provide remote and in-person support.
  • Develop and maintain support documentation.
  • Contribute to the creation of diagnostic tools and scripts.
• Technical Support (secondary focus):
  • Receive and process incoming packages.
  • Manage the device loan library, ensuring devices are properly tracked and maintained.
  • Distribute devices to users and manage returns.

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years' experience
• Proficient in Inventory and Logistics Management
• Basic Hardware Troubleshooting
• Ticket Management
• High School Diploma or GED

• Hardware experience
• Associate’s degree or equivalent technical certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience with AR/VR technology
• Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems and remote support tools
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely
• Passion for customer service and commitment to user satisfaction
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with scripting languages e.g., Python, Bash
• Knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques
• Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) solutions
• Experience working in a research and development environment
