We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Loan Servicing Support Specialist in Gardena, California. This Contract-to-Permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the loan documentation and servicing processes for bridge loans while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. The role requires strong organizational skills, collaboration with multiple stakeholders, and a commitment to delivering timely and accurate results.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and finalize loan documents and assignments for bridge loans, ensuring compliance with lending policies and state regulations.
• Collaborate with loan officers, borrowers, title companies, and escrow agents to gather necessary information and facilitate smooth loan closings.
• Monitor and address potential risks in loan files prior to document finalization and funding.
• Provide clear and timely updates to clients regarding loan document status and requirements.
• Utilize loan origination software and document management systems to streamline workflows and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure all documentation activities align with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Support compliance efforts by maintaining knowledge of lending regulations, with training provided as necessary.
• Coordinate with third-party entities to ensure timely delivery of required documentation.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency in loan servicing operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in loan documentation, real estate lending, or related financial services.
• Familiarity with the lending process and associated regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in using loan origination and document preparation software.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of California real estate and lending regulations is preferred.
• Some experience in real estate lending or property investment financing is advantageous.
