Loan Servicing Specialist
Under the supervision of the Loan Servicing Center (LSC) Manager, responsible for loan servicing in accordance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines within set timeframe. Communicate effectively with bank employees and internal departments.
Essential duties and responsibilities, including the following. Other duties may be assigned by management:
- Review, research, and process CRM events for tax service, repayment plans, ACH set up, billing notices, payment requests, loan advances, and verification of mortgages
- Processing of incoming loan payments
- Paid loan processing
- Daily and monthly general ledger (GL) balancing
- Insurance and flood tracking
- Property tax tracking and escrow tracking
- Collateral tracking for deeds of trust and DMV titles
- UCC lien releases
- Credit report and disputes
- SWAP's and participations
- SBA and USDA servicing
- Daily rate changes
- Service existing loans as needed
- Cross-training under the loan servicing umbrella, as requested by management
Requirements: 3M coding, Adobe Acrobat, automated underwriting system, CRM, data processing, appraisals, bank relations, call center customer service, closing processes, compliance
