Our Oakland, CA banking client is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will ensure efficient operation of network, computer, and telecommunication resources with a strong focus on customer service. Responsibilities include installing and maintaining hardware/software, updating mobile device policies, performing preventative maintenance, user access management, troubleshooting, backup procedures, IT audit support, and providing after-hours support as needed. This role is 5 days a week onsite in Oakland, CA. Requirements include a minimum 2-year college degree in IT or equivalent work experience, at least 1 year of computer hardware/software and desktop support experience, and at least 1 year of telephone equipment installation and maintenance experience. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills are also required, along with proven customer service abilities.
