Operations Coordinator
Our client - a leading company in chemical and ingredient distribution - is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join their growing team!
Type: Contract to Hire
Location: Carson, CA
Rate: Up to $20.15/hr
Shift: 7am - 3:30pm
Duties:
- Receive materials and containers into inventory, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Assign and manage storage locations for efficient putaway.
- Coordinate material picks in preparation for customer shipments.
- Review and finalize process orders to effectively schedule production.
- Manage and scan all associated documentation to comply with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate communication with other Departments as necessary.
- Support critical Inventory Control processes, including cycle counting, inventory adjustments, and tracking.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- 1-2 years experience managing transactions through SAP ERP system preferred
- Experience within the Chemical Industry, or other highly regulated field, preferred
