Job Description Experience: Minimum of 4+ years in level 2+ operational support roles within retail environments, with hands-on experience supporting:

• Point of Sale (POS) systems and peripherals
• Retail-specific applications, hardware, and network infrastructure

Demonstrated professionalism in both presentation and communication, including phone and written interactions with stakeholders

Technical Requirements (Intermediate or above understanding): Support Tools & Collaboration Platforms:

• ServiceNow (Incident, Escalation, Knowledge Management)
• MS Teams
• Outlook
• SharePoint
• JIRA
• Confluence

Skills and Requirements:

• Clear expertise across all hardware and applications used in the retail environment.
• Ability to understand the retail context and think outside the box.
• Strong communication skills, especially with non-technical retail staff.
• Comfort with hands-on troubleshooting and managing critical alerts such as network outages and POS server failures.
