Inside Sales Representative

Insight Global is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support a leading health and wellness company in Aliso Viejo, CA. This role involves making a minimum of 75 outbound calls per day to existing healthcare customers, including practitioners, medical staff, physician assistants, doctors, and nurses. The goal is to promote products and encourage order placements while providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships. The representative will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth. This position requires one day per week onsite, with flexibility to work Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday.

Skills and Requirements:

• 2+ years of outbound calling experience
• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a healthcare or wellness-related field
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Ability to be onsite one day per week in Aliso Viejo
