We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated In-House Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team and help us maintain our quality standards in commercial refrigeration/HVAC services. The In-House Technical Support Specialist will be a critical member of our team, by leading and supporting our field technicians through real-time troubleshooting and root cause analysis. This role combines technical expertise in commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems with strong field-tech communication, and customer service skills. This would be an onsite/office position focused on handling various incoming calls from service techs- servicing areas across California. The ideal candidate will serve as the operational backbone of our service teams- handling any incoming calls related to service part issues, refrigeration systems and technical roadblocks.
